Steven Adams and Victor Oladipo sign multi-year contract with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Adams almost miss the contract extension due to a hilarious mishaps.

Oklahoma City Thunder sign Adams in a four years and $100 million contract, and $84 million and four-year deal for Oladipo as reported by ESPN. Adams has been with the Thunder since he was first drafted three years ago, while Oladipo was acquired in June 2016 in a trade with Orlando Magic for Serge Ibaka.

Adams is the first New Zealander who was selected by the NBA team at the first round draft. Oklahoma City Thunder selected him as the 12th pick in the 2013 NBA draft, and in Oklahoma, the 7’0” center provides a good rim protection for the Thunder and averaged 6.2 points, 6 rebounds and 1 block per game.

Oladipo was drafted in the same year with Adams and selected in the second pick by Orlando Magic. The 6’4” player is a complete guard, who is able to play in either shooting guard and point guard position, and averaged 15.4 points and 4.0 assist per game during his three years stint in Orlando. But since Orlando Magic need a strong front court player, so they traded him to Oklahoma for power forward Serge Ibaka.

In his debut with the Thunder in the preseason game, Oladipo scored 34 points against Real Madrid. As the regular season starts, Oladipo shows his tenacity by scoring double digit point in the first game against Philadelphia 76ers with 10 points and 21 points against the Phoenix Suns. He continued his strong play with 20 points against the young Lakers on Oct. 30.

Adams, Oladipo and the Thunder will meet their first real test in the fourth regular season game against Golden State Warriors this Thursday, Nov. 3.
