Louisa Mak and her boyfriend Joe Lam are rumored to be set to tie the knot soon, but will their plans of getting married push through especially now that the groom to be been seen with a different woman?
Joe is an alumnus of Oxford University who now works as a lawyer in Hong Kong. With all the makings of a great bachelor, it is no wonder why girls are trying to catch his attention.
Over the weekend, he was reportedly seen out on the street hanging out with a woman. Asked about the issue, Joe simply laughed it off and said, "I actually know her. Louisa knows her too."
"We are all friends. In fact, we were out with a group of friends. I called Uber to drop us off at another club. So that wasn't my chauffeur," he added.
While he cleared the issue, that did not stop the media from probing into the issue and asked him again why he was alone with the woman when he said he was with a group of friends.
"The other two girls got into my friend's car. We were actually going to a different club and one car couldn't fit all of us," Joe explained.
As for whether Louisa, who's currently in China for work, knows he was out clubbing, Joe confidently said yes and added that Louisa knows the girl because they studied in England together.
Despite the fact that Louisa knows about his clubbing ways, he disclosed that he was also worried. "If people are making up stories, then I really have some explaining to do. You know what... I was actually worried she might get mad at me," he explained.
This is not the first time that Joe has been caught partying by the media with other women besides Louisa. In February, Joe was pictured partying with three women in Lan Kwai Fong while Louisa was in England.
