The rumors behind a possible city life expansion for "The Sims 4" have been confirmed. Officially called "The Sims 4 City Living," the expansion is set for release this coming fall.
Gamespot reports that the game will be set in a new environment, in the colorful, bustling city of San Myshuno. With four unique neighborhoods to choose from, players will encounter new and challenging experiences as their Sims live in the city. Some of which include starting out in a tiny apartment and progressing the Sim's means of living and dealing with the local landlord of said apartment since he doesn't appreciate renovating and remodeling the apartment space.
The official blog further expands this by mentioning the different activities involved in the expansion. Sims can already enjoy leisure activities like playing basketball in an area called the Spice District, meeting up with friends and singing with them in Karaoke Bar after work, hot dates in the Romance Festival or geeking out at the Geekcon. Activities in the expansion never fall short of something new to do. Speaking of festivals, it is reported that there are five of them for Sims to enjoy watching and participating.
Career choices in "The Sims 4 City Living" expansion pack are something new that the players' Sims can venture in. These include Social Media, Critics, and Politicians, to name a few. The Sims will have to work their way up through these said careers afford more luxurious commodities, like owning a penthouse on the top floor. And these penthouses have a whole new set of experiences for Sims to enjoy with.
"The Sims 4 City Living" will be released for the PC and Mac on Nov. 3.
