Despite working together for the past eight years, 2PM members revealed something they haven't done as a group, which they would like to accomplish before they start their mandatory military service.
According to Soompi, 2PM said they never experienced to travel as a group since they were formed in 2008. The members reportedly revealed, "We haven't yet all gone on a trip together even once," adding that they would like to try it before their enlistment.
The six-member group was formed under JYP Entertainment in Sept. 2008. 2PM debuted with the release of their single titled "10 out of 10" under mini album "Hottest Time of the Day."
A year after their debut, 2PM launched their first Korean full length album titled "01:59PM," which won the band their first #1 on a music show for "Heartbeat" song. In 2010, over 12,000 concertgoers witnessed 2PM's first concert series in Korea, where they performed some of their hit songs and staged individual performances.
Just recently, 2PM released their sixth full length album titled "Gentlemen's Game," Korea Joongang Daily reported. Prior to the release, the boy group dropped their new track "Promise (I'll Be)" through the Naver app on Sept. 12.
Reports suggest the new track was written by Taecyeon with the assistance of singer-songwriter Lesley Chiang. 2PM's "Gentlemen's Game" is consist of 11 tracks personally written and composed by the members of the group.
"Comeback! It's our last promotion before military service! Let's have fun! Whatever they say!" Taecyeon said of their new album. However, the 2PM members and their agency have yet to release the official dates of their enlistment.
