South Korean actress Uhm Hyun Kyung is now under the management of the agency Great Company after her contract with former label GnG Production has ended.
According to a report by All KPop, Uhm will be handled by Great Company, which manages artists like Cho Yeo Jeong, Kim Min Jung, Kang Sung Yeon and Go Na Eun, starting this October. Her contract with GnG Production concluded in September.
Meanwhile, in the September 15 episode of her variety show “Happy Together 3”, Uhm together with her co-star Yoon Park revealed some details about their families. The artists also shared some of the hilarious moments in their respective households.
“During the holidays, my relatives don't say words of blessings but point out things about my acting. When I meet my aunts, they ask me when I'm going to fix my bowed legs, when I'm going to fix my enunciation, and other disses,” said Yoon as quoted by All Kpop.
Uhm, on the other hand, said: "For me, my relatives ask me what [parts of my face] I fixed. Even though they knew my face since I was young, they don't believe [that I didn't do anything]".
Known for her roles in TV drama series including “The Good Wife”, “The Greatest Marriage”, and “The King's Doctor”, Uhm started her career in the entertainment industry in 2005 after being one of the cast members in the sitcom “Rainbow Romance”. She also appeared in the 2012 movie “Hoya (Eighteen, Nineteen)” wherein she played the character of Do Mi.
