Steve McGarrett should always carry with him a bunch of clover leaves for good luck. During the ending of "Hawaii Five-O" Season 6, for him to stay alive, he needs to undergo a liver transplant. When he went back to work earlier, he was ill-treated. And this time, he's going to be kidnapped along with Alicia.
This episode is entitled "Hū a'e ke ahi lanakila a Kamaile" which means "The Fire of Kamile Rises in Triumph," according to CarterMatt. And the question that lies here is will Steve rise from the ashes? McGarrett and Alicia will be kidnapped by the chess serial killer they have been hunting. There is not much teaser on the trailer for the episode but survival will surely be tough both for McGarrett and Alicia. They need to fight for their lives both in land and in water.
Going back to the previous episode "Hawaii Five-O" Season 7 Episode 3 as a recap, the chess piece killer targeted Alicia but did not murder her (fortunately). She woke up in her bed and found the dead body beside her with a piece of chess in his mouth. She wants to retire and doesn't want to get involved with murders. She and Steve are working on the case and were able to get the name of the killer which is Madison Gray.
