Marvel's "Doctor Strange" held a preview screening for the first 15-minutes of the film. Fans who got the chance to see the footage gave responses favorable to the studio.

Not a lot of plot details have been disclosed with the exception of a Stan Lee cameo. However, further details about the scene remains to be a secret, Screen Rant reported.

From what can be gathered in the reactions, Marvel's promise to deliver a visually ambitious film in "Doctor Strange" had been accomplished. Director Scott Derickson described the film to be "mind-trip action movie about one man overcoming himself."

The preview gave elements of Strange's personality through conversations with Christine Palmer (played by Rachel McAdams), a fellow surgeon who is not afraid to call out Strange. The biggest sequence of the footage is the car accident that changed his life astronomically, IGN reported.

It is no secret that "Doctor Strange" will be the film to set up the magical realm on the MCU. Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige confirmed that the film will feature multiple dimensions. He said that compared to the Quantum Realm scene in Ant-Man, the multiverse to be explored in the film will be much more visually compelling.

"Doctor Strange" opens on Nov. 4, 2016.
