NetherRealm Studios has been one of the most revolutionary companies that produced epic fighting games like "Mortal Kombat X." Three years ago, they were able to do a DC Comics-themed fighting game called "Injustice: Gods Among Us," because who wouldn't want to see Batman actually duke it out equally with Superman? Now, announcements, speculations, and several reports of "Injustice 2" have surfaced, involving news of having a PC port, new environments and unique gameplay and many more.

NetherRealm Studios has already mentioned that the DC fighting game will be given a PC version as well, according to a report by WCCFTech. "Injustice" creator Ed Boon himself actually revealed that the game was in the works for both Windows and iOS systems, but, other than that, more details have still yet to be announced. As for the release dates, it is said that the PC version of "Injustice 2" will be released along with the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Boon also announced that "Injustice 2" will also have a mobile version, which surprised numerous fans. This was due to poll created online to ask fans if they would have an updated "Injustice" game or a mobile app version. Apparently, the latter won.

In other news, Game Reactor reports that the marketing head of NetherRealms Studios Brian Goodman said in an interview that "Injustice 2" will be having new environments in the game. These sets will be released gradually, according to Goodman. "We have several new ones down the line and we're excited to show these to you in the future."

Other features in the game include customization options and a role-playing game-like aspect as well.
