Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has finally confirmed that she is not part of Ajay Devgn's "Golmaal 4."
The 29-year-old "Aashiqui 2" actress in a recent media interview refuted the reports of signing Rohit Shetty's "Golmaal 4." "That's not true. After the Haseena Parker film, I haven't signed anything else. I would love to work with Rohit Shetty sir, but there's no truth to the rumour," Kapoor said, Pinkvilla news reported.
Earlier there were rumors that director Rohit Shetty had finalized "Baaghi" actress to play female lead opposite Devgn in the fourth installment of his massively successful "Golmaal" franchise. There have also been many speculations regarding the lead actress of "Golmaal 4" as names of leading actresses like Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone and Parineeti Chopra propped up.
However, makers of the comedy drama yet to announce the name of female lead. "Golmaal 4" will see return of the all male actors - Devgn, Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi and Shreyas Talpade - from previous movies as well as a new female cast, India TV News reported. Kareena Kapoor Khan, who had played female lead in previous "Golmaal" movies, opted out of the fourth installment due to health reasons.
Kapoor, who was last seen in action flick "Baaghi" opposite Tiger Shroff, is recently busy shooting for her next box office outing "Half Girlfriend" opposite Arjun Kapoor. She will be next seen in Farhan Akhtar and Arjun Rampal' "Rock On 2," which is slated to release on November 12. The Bollywood's "Cham Cham" girl also bagged Apoorva Lakhia's directed biopic "Haseena Parker - The Queen of Mumbai" based on life of wanted terrorist and gangster Dawood Ibrahim's sister and notorious Mumbai underworld queen Hasina Parker.
