‘Moonlight Drawn by Clouds’ actor Park Bo Gum regrets gifts from fans

Sweet as he is, fans of the 23-year old actor can't help but express their love through gift giving.  However, Park refuses himself to accept any of this gifts.

On Oct. 19, during the special "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" fan signing event, 200 lucky fans were able to receive signatures from Park, Kim Yoo Jung, Kwak Dong Yeon and B1A4's Jinyoung. The event is held in honor of surpassing the shows 20 percent viewership ratings, as reported by Soompi.

One of his fans wanted to give him something, but Park pouts and said "I'm sorry." After singing, Park tightly squeezes the fan's hand and said sorry once more before leaving. Park appears more charming when he had to turn down gifts.

It is not the first time the actor refused to accept gifts from fans, actually, Park is known for telling people to be a filial son or daughter. Suggesting that fans should put their money into their savings instead of offering him presents.

Meanwhile, Park arrived last Friday in Cebu City, Philippines for a celebratory vacation together with the casts of the hit drama "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds." Fans waited for hours outside the international arrival area of Mactan Cebu International Airport in Lapu-Lapu City, waiting for the actor's arrival while waving tarpaulins and welcome banners, Cebu Daily News reported.

To avoid being mobbed, security group of the actor escorted Park out of the airport through the departure area. However, upon hearing about the news, fans immediately ran to the departure area, with a distance of 50 meters from the arrival area to catch a glimpse of Park.

The entire cast and crew of the drama which just ended last Oct. 18 chose Cebu to spend their vacation. KBS 2TV decided to reward the entire cast and crew for successfully wrapping up the show with high ratings.
