It appears that the new boy group on the block Pentagon is doing well in their entertainment debut after the music video of their single “Gorilla” has reached over 2 million views on YouTube.
“Gorilla’s” music video features Pentagon members’ beautiful voices in a rugged and futuristic concept. It was released on October 9 by the YouTube channel 1theK, All Kpop reports.
In one part of the video, the Pentagon boys showcased their cool and vigorous dancing skills in swag hip-hop outfits. They also looked like dapper school boys on the other scenes wherein they were seen to be sitting in a classroom setup.
Meanwhile, the KPop group has held a live broadcast on the Naver V App on October 30. During the event, the band members shared the songs that they performed during their audition.
“When I auditioned, I sang a song by Huh Gak,” Pentagon member Yeowon revealed as quoted by Soompi.
“When we were trainees, when someone would come for an audition, we would observe from the outside but when Jinho hyung sang, his voice carried so loudly outside of the room that we were surprised. He sang so well,” some of the group members added.
Pentagon was formed by one of Korea’s renowned talent management agency Cube Entertainment this year. The group, which is consists of 10 members namely Jinho, Hui, Hongseok, E'Dawn, Shinwon, Yan An, Yeo One, Yuto, Kino and Wooseok, was introduced through the Mnet’s survival show “Pentagon Maker”.
