A downpour of well wishes emerged right after 41-year-old singer-songwriter, Michael Bublé, announced last Nov. 4 that his three-year-old son with Argentine actress and model, Luisana Lopilato, is diagnosed with cancer. Despite the agony that the family is going through, Bublé pronounces how they are staying positive and that their son, Noah, is a fighter.

The family is said to have received the tragic news after they took Noah for medical assessment in Argentina, with a supposed case of mumps. Noah is now undergoing medication in the United States.

Although the family chooses to keep the matters private, the sister-in-law of Bublé, Daniela Lopilato, attempts to silence rumors about countless speculations on the illness. In a text message read by Argentinian journalist, Tomas Dente, in a morning TV show, Luisana said, "Michael and my sister will publish more statements and I can't say anymore but it's not leukaemia or the central nervous system a people are saying. That's all I can say."

Meanwhile, a fellow cancer warrior in the persona of American actress and producer, Shannen Doherty, who is nearly finished with her treatment for breast cancer, sympathizes and gives support to the parents of the ailing child in her statement through Entertainment Tonight. She tells them about organizations such as The American Cancer Society and Stand Up to Cancer that are doing "so much good for cancer", conveying hope and positivity. Other artists have also reached out to Bublé's family, including music icons, Rod Stewart and Josh Groban, and host-actress, Ellen DeGeneres.

Bublé expresses on his page that he and his wife are suspending their professional engagements for the time being, as they are dedicating all their time and support to their medicating child. The family is overwhelmed with the kind wishes from relatives, friends, and fans, and are earnestly asking for prayers for Noah's healing.

A video is now circulating on the internet showing the Canadian musician who once brought formerly two-year-old Noah on the stage of a New Year's Eve show in New York. Bublé sings to his boy, "Now I don't want anybody loving my baby, nobody, nobody, nobody but...", and Noah responds with "Me." Such scenario brought cheers and moved the entire crowd.
