B.A.P has once again won the "Best Korea Act" award during the MTV EMA 2016 last Nov. 6 at the Ahoy Rotterdam, Netherlands.

According to Allkpop, B.A.P won the same award on 2014, making them the first group to garner the "Best Korea Act" award twice from the annual event. The six-member group defeated some of the most popular bands in the K-pop industry such as GFriend, TWICE, VIXX and GOT7.

B.A.P, which stands for Best Absolute Perfect, was formed under TS Entertainment in 2011. The boy group later released their first single titled "Warrior," followed by an EP of the same titled.

In 2013, B.A.P signed with a Japanese record label and debuted in Japan with the release of Japanese music video of "Warrior." In the same year, the boy group also dropped the Japanese version of their "Warrior" EP.

Meanwhile, B.A.P has recently made their comeback with their newest single titled "Skydive." Soompi reported the track was released at midnight of Nov. 7 together with B.A.P's newest album "NOIR."

On the same day, the boy group also held a comeback showcase, where the B.A.P members were asked about returning without their co-member Bang Yong Guk. The members admitted it was not easy for them to make a comeback without their leader.

"While preparing this album Yong Guk had to temporarily stop activities because of an illness. Honestly, it is very burdensome. We split up the responsibilities that Yong Guk was carrying, but it is more burdensome than we thought it would be," Himchan said.

He continued, "It made me realize how amazing Yong Guk is. He will recover and come back, so we will do our best in the meantime."

B.A.P's Zelo said he is hoping for Bang's quick recovery, adding that they will continue to give their best in the promotions of "NOIR."
