On the Dec. 5 episode of "tvntainer," Ye Jung Hwa candidly talked about her relationship with "Train to Busan" actor Ma Dong Seok.
The fitness model shared the two of them became closer to each other because of exercising. "We both like exercising so we became close while exercising together. I asked him about how to do things and naturally became close," Ye said as per Allkpop.
She even added while giggling that Ma often calls her "baby." Meanwhile, comedian Jo Se Ho commended the "Train to Busan" actor for his character. "Ma Dong Seok hyungnim is the style who's nice and easy to get close to," he said.
Ye and Ma's relationship was confirmed in November, revealing the couple has been seeing each other for the past three month, Soompi cited. Reports claimed Ye and Ma developed their feelings for each other after both of them joined the same agency.
"The two are in a beautiful relationship. A bachelor and a bachelorette have started a good relationship, so please look on the news kindly," Daydream Entertainment announced.
Before their relationship was even made public, Ye previously revealed Ma is her ideal type. After their relationship was confirmed, many netizens were shocked, considering that the "Train to Busan" actor is much older than Ye.
The fitness model is 28 years old, while the actor is already 45 years old.
Despite being surprised of the revelations, other netizens expressed their support to the relationship of Ye and Ma, stating that the two deserve to be happy.
Meanwhile, after the success of "Train to Busan," Ma was casted as the lead character for his newest project titled "Derailed." The actor shared the big screen with Choi Min Ho for the action film.
Ma Dong Seok's "Derailed" movie hit the theaters on Nov. 30.
