Atlanta Hawks' Kent Bazemore will miss at least two games due to problem in his right knee. He will have to skip the game against Milwaukee Bucks after missing the Miami Heat game.

Bazemore suffered a sore right knee in after the game against Oklahoma City Thunder as reported by NBA.com. At first Atlanta Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer downplayed the injury, but as it got worse, Bezemore underwent an MRI, which showed a sore in his right knee. Doctors recommended him to rest for at least two games to allow his knee to recover.

He missed the 103-95 victory against Miami Heat this Wednesday night, which ends the winning draoght after seven consecutive losses suffered by the Hawks. The 27-year old guard will have to sit on the sideline in the away game in Milwaukee on Friday, Dec. 9.

He was undrafted in the 2012 NBA draft and joined the NBA Development League team under the Golden State Warriors, the Santa Cruz Warriors. He joined the Golden State Warriors 2013 Summer League Camp. A year later he was traded to Los Angeles Lakers, but he only played for three months after injured his right foot tendon.

Atlanta Hawks signed him in 2014 and he showed an improvement in his game with the Hawks. He is able to adjust well in the coach Budenholzer system with Hawks.

However this season he doesn’t play as well as the previous one which he is able to average 11.3 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. This season, Bazemore only averages 10.7 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.6 assists after he signed the $70 million contract with Atlanta Hawks in July.

According to FOX Sports, he only scores less 36 percent from the field. While last season he was able to shoot 44.1 percent from the field.
