The Los Angeles Clippers (26-14) will host the Orlando Magic (16-23) at the Staples Center on Wednesday, Jan. 11 in a 2016-2017 NBA regular season match.

Orlando has been reeling at the moment with three consecutive losses. The team has also lost five of their last six matches to remain fourth to the last place in the Eastern Conference standings, seven games ahead of cellar-dwellers Brooklyn Nets.

The Magic is coming off a 111-95 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers last Sunday on the road at the Staples Center, as per USA Today.

Serge Ibaka led the squad with a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds with one steal and one block. However, he suffered a right shoulder injury and is currently questionable in this match versus the Clippers.

Evan Fournier also scored 19 points with five boards, three assists, and two steals while Bismack Biyombo contributed a double-double as well with 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Off the bench, Nikola Vucevic had 19 points, seven boards, four assists, one steal, and two blocks.

Starting point guard Elfrid Payton is also questionable against the Clippers after suffering a bruised quad versus the Lakers.

Meanwhile, the Clippers streaking with a four-game winning run. They are currently fourth in the Western Conference, five games behind second and third-place squads San Antonio Spurs and Houston Rockets and seven-and-a-half games below conference leaders Golden State Warriors.

The Clips routed the Miami Heat, 98-86, also on Sunday night at the Staples Center, the Los Angeles Times reported.

JJ Redick top-scored for head coach Doc Rivers' squad with 25 points. He also had seven rebounds and two assists. Chris Paul had a double-double with 19 points and 18 assists with six boards and two steals.

Marreese Speights and Brandon Bass both scored in double figures for the second unit with 19 and 12 points respectively.

All-Star power forward Blake Griffin is still sidelined with an injured knee and is still not available against the Magic. Griffin's projected timetable of return is in late January or early February, according to reports.

Prediction

The Magic is 9-10 on the road so far this season while the Clippers are excellent at home with a 14-6 slate. Los Angeles is predicted to pull off a big home win even without Griffin.
