Starz's time-traveling drama series "Outlander" Season 3 will soon be returning to the small screens, as fans of the show are eager to see Claire (Caitrona Baife) and Jaime (Sam Heughan) reunite in the past again. But the two stars hint at a bittersweet reunion at the famed print shop scene, because, as the two lovers would soon find out, twenty years apart is a long time.
However, fans need not worry, as spoilers for "Outlander" Season 3 revealed that the two will eventually stick together and even embark on a long journey out to sea. But will they be able to get through their complicated reunion in the upcoming season?
What to expect from 'Outlander' Season 3
"Outlander" Season 3 will be kicking off from the events of last season. Claire and Jaime were separated by the Battle of Culloden. Claire had returned to the 20th century to make sure that her unborn daughter with Jaime would be safe and had presumed Jaime to be dead. She would later on discover that Jaime is, indeed, alive and well, according to Hollywood Life.
"Outlander" Season 3 is based on Diana Gabaldon's third book, "Voyager." Both the show and the book will follow Claire as she returns to Jaime's timeline to seek him out. There is also the famed print shop scene, where Jaime unintentionally stumbles onto his long lost wife, according to Entertainment Weekly.

In fact, several fans are excited about this particular moment both in the books and the "Outlander" series. The same publication reported that Caitrona Baife, who plays Claire in the time-traveling series, revealed that their reunion in the print shop was heartwarming and tender, though she did warn fans that as with every reunion, her and Jaime's was just as complicated. They haven't seen each other for a long time, after all, and Claire had singlehandedly (not really, since she returned to her husband, who is played by Tobias Menzies) raised their child, Brianna.
Fans can be assured, however, that the two star-crossed lovers are going to spend a lot of time with each other as they voyage in Jamaica and South Africa in "Outlander" Season 3. Stay tuned for more details.
