The latest Korean family drama, "Father, I'll Take Care of You," is already garnering rave reviews thanks to the hilarious sibling rivalry between two brothers, Han Sung Hoon (Lee Seung Joon) and Han Sung Sik (Hwang Dong Joo). The object of their rivalry? The apartment which their parents are renting out.

The unique thing about "Father, I'll Take Care of You," however, is the characterization of the two brothers as the main "antagonists" in the show, but only in so far that their antics in trying to one-up the other is so comically villainous. Other than that, however, the new family drama is capable of warming the heart's cockles with its portrayal of family and hospitality.

What 'Father, I'll Take Care of You' is all about

For the newly initiated, "Father, I'll Take Care of You" highlights the hilarious aspects of sibling rivalry, or the intense competition between siblings from childhood to adulthood, according to Drama Fever. The comedy-drama follows the lives of the Han family, led by matriarch Moon Jung Ae (Kim Hye Ok) and patriarch Han Hyung Sub (Kim Chang Wan).

The old couple would have gone into blissful retirement in peace, but things on "Father, I'll Take Care of You" get troublesome when they decided to put up their first-floor apartment for rent, the same report stated.  Their firstborn son, Sung Hoon is in bad need of a home following a foolish business venture to invest in penguins in Africa, while their second son, Sung Sik, decided to grab the apartment first.

Cheesy yet intriguing twist

The youngest of the three sons in "Father, I'll Take Care of You," Sung Joon (Lee Tae Hwan), is also coming home, but thankfully not to argue over the apartment. He's the most stable of the three, being a midlevel director in a huge Taiwanese company. But his life quickly goes topsy-turvy when a girl he likes, Dong Hee (Park Eun Bin), is revealed to be living under his parents' villa--and is actually his in-law. Moreover, it's hinted that Sung Joon is not technically Hyung Sub's son, but is actually adopted, according to Drama Beans.

"Father I'll Take Care of You" is a definite must-watch for families. Stay tuned for more details.
