Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has just released a new trailer video of the upcoming "Injustice 2" fighting game. In the new video, NetherRealm focused on the new character, the known sidekick of Batman, Robin.
A news report released by the Comic Book News covers the appearance of Batman and Robin. After the long wait, we will finally see Batman and Robin again, but they will be fighting each other.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment presents the new character in the upcoming "Injustice 2" video game. Watching on the video, NetherRealms exhibits the new look of Robin and his special skills.
Though the new look of Robin is some kind of similar to Green Arrow, still he looks pretty awesome. He also possesses a new kind of special skills along with some never seen fighting moves of the DC superhero.
The GameSpot reported that NetherRealm Head Ed Boon mentioned that there will surprises in the current character lineup. Boon said that they were just playing the list of characters to appear and have added some new characters in the "Injustice 2" along with some surprise appearance. As Boon said, "Injustice 2" will have the largest roster in the series.
In Addition, Ed Boon said that they are planning to add third-party characters in the future DLC's. This means fans should expect something similar to the Mortal Kombat X character list. Boon also confirmed that there will be no pay to win features in the game, all the unlockable gears will not be sold using real money.
"Injustice 2" is the sequel to the first successful title called Injustice: Gods Among Us. The first Injustice was highly praised due to its rich graphics and effects, not only that, it has a unique battle system that players would only find on the Injustice. Injustice features a great selection of DC superheroes and villains, most of them are all time favorites.
"Injustice 2" is confirmed to release this coming May 16th and the game will be available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC. Warner Bros and NetherRealm confirmed that the beta keys are now available via the game's official website.
