KPop idol Lay of the boy group EXO expressed his thoughts about the hacking attempts to his email and leaves a message to the hackers in a recent interview latest action-adventure comedy film titled “Kung Fu Yoga”.
"...I want to take this opportunity to strongly condemn this...Someone's always trying to get into my email you know...Viewers, if you see this, you really can't do this anymore...I hope you put a stop to this type of activities," said the 25-year-old star during an interview for his as quoted by All KPop.
Lay is currently busy promoting “Kung Fu Yoga”, which unfolds the story of a renowned archaeology professor named Jack, played by Hong Kong-based martial artist, actor and film director Jackie Chan, who teamed up with young Indian professors to unearth India's lost Magadha treasure located in Tibet. Directed by Stanley Tong, the film also stars Aarif Rahman, Miya Muqi, Sonu Sood, Disha Patani, Amyra Dastura, and many more. The film was released in China on January 28 and is slated to be shown in India on February 3.
Meanwhile, Lay, together with his former fellow EXO member Luhan, has recently appeared at CCTV's “New Year's Gala”, also known as “Chunwan”, reports All KPop. However, the two stars did not appear in the event together as Lay teamed up with Hong Kong-based singer and actor William Chan while Luhan performed with Chinese artist Jing Boran.
Born as Zhang Yixing, Lay started his entertainment career at an early age after winning third spot in a competition organized by the popular Chinese TV show ”Star Academy”. In 2012, he joined the popular boy group EXO alongside Xiumin, Suho, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai, Sehun and the former members Kris, Luhan, and Tao. Aside from his affiliation with the group, the artist also appeared in several films including “Ex-Files 2: The Backup Strikes Back”, “Oh My God”, and “Go Fighting The Movie: Royal Treasure”.
