In the latest installment of "Entertainment Weekly," Ha Ji Won admitted that she wants to work with Jo In Sung again if given the chance. The actress recalled how young they were when they filmed for "What Happened in Bali" in 2004.
"We were really young when we acted together," Ha Ji Won said, adding that she would like to work for a melodrama with Jo In Sung now that they are more mature as per Soompi.
Ha Ji Won took the role of an orphan named Lee Soo Jung in "What Happened in Bali," while Jo In Sung played as Jung Jae Min, the youngest son of a wealthy family. The two actors shared the small screen with So Ji Sub and Park Ye Jin for the award-winning SBS drama.
The 20-episode melodrama even earned high ratings, while actors Ha Ji Won, Jo In Sung and So Ji Sub received recognitions for their roles in "What Happened in Bali."
Meanwhile, Ha Ji Won announced her next film would be Director John Woo's "Manhunt." According to Allkpop, the actress has been confirmed for the project last June.
"The fact that I'll be able to work with Director John Woo, who everyone coveted since they were young, is like a dream. It feels like such an honor to work with a virtuoso director who, as a person, is so pure and warm," the actress said.
The 38-year-old previously admitted it was her dream to become an actress. In fact, Ha Ji Won started her acting career at a young age with a teen drama, titled "New Generation Report: Adults Don't Understand Us."
Ha Ji Won accepted several supporting roles before she paved her way into the big screen for "Truth Game" where she nabbed the Best New Actress award for playing as a bipolar person.
