"Vikings" is about to reach its season 4 finale via the History channel and its season finale episode is tickling fans, especially now that a preview was leaked online on Jan. 30. The title of the final episode is called "The Reckoning," and it is looking like there is a lot of action coming up.
Based on the report made by Silver Times, the network has finally released a sneak peek of the season finale of "Vikings" and it involves a lot of battles that happened in Wessex. It all took place during the time of King Ecbert and it was not a pretty sight at all.
However, the Vikings or the warriors of that era were persistent in taking down the gates of the city, which they did by using a ram. They didn't seem to find it difficult to do it but their entrance was more disturbing since they saw that the place was ridiculous deserted.
Also in this episode, viewers will see Byorn being all pessimistic and suspicious for all the right reasons. What he did is have Harald go to a local church and do some inspection. He was wondering just maybe the villagers decided to gather in that place to desperately ask help from their god.
The video, according to Forbes, just showed its viewers that the Vikings will indeed have to use some tactics in order to solve the mystery behind that village. In a way, it is also giving its audience some sort of a puzzle to solve in their minds while watching the show. There is also a possibility that the preview was all part of the start of the season finale like it could be the first 5 minutes of the show.
Nevertheless, it is going to be an epic ending based on how history wrote it. As for the show, it has to be based on how the writers would angle it. Watch the preview of 'Vikings" season 4, episode 20 below.
