The Cleveland Cavaliers are now working on a four-man tryout for the point guard position. Head coach Tyronn Lue hasn't divulged yet any information about the tryout, but reports show that Mario Chalmers, Fordan Farmar, Kirk Hinrich and Lance Stephenson.

It's no surprise that the Cavaliers are now holding a tryout as their Superstart LeBron James was asking for a backup point guard over the past weeks. According to WKYC, the Cavaliers began the tryout with four front-runners.

Mario Chalmer and Jordan Farmar were reportedly the 2 options of the Cavaliers last week before the name Kirk Hinrich popped up. The most controversial of all is Lance Stephenson as all NBA fans knew the past issues between him and LeBron James.

When LeBron James was asked about Stephenson, James said that he has no problems playing with anyone as per the Yahoo! Sports report. James entered the room where the four players are sitting inside.

James Jones suggested that his ex-teammate Mario Chalmers would be a good fit for the team since he is a familiar teammate to LeBron James. Most of the fans are rooting for Chalmer, aside from being an ex-teammate of LeBron James, he was known to be at his best when he was playing with the Memphis Grizzlies last season before being waived due to his injury.

Kirk Hinrich and Jordan Farmar are also a good option to backup Kyrie Irving. Both players are remarkable veterans and reliable playmakers, both guards can spread the floor due to their outside shooting skills.

There goes Lance Stephenson, the man that several analysts are rooting for. Stephenson would be the best man to solve the issues of the Cavaliers in the backup point guard position due to several factors.

At 6'5", Lance Stephenson is a well-playing combo guard. He can can dribble the ball like a point guard, with a scoring touch of a shooting guard. Not only that, Stephenson is also known for being a lockdown defender that even Frank Vogel gave him the task to guard LeBron James last 2013 Eastern Conference Finals when he was still with the Indiana Pacers.

The Cavaliers are now making a move to upgrade their roster before the post-season starts. With LeBron James' help, there is no doubt that the team would select the best man to do the job for them.
