The heroes are continuing to grow with new characters being added for "Avengers: Infinity War." However, as the team strengthens their resolve, more villains are committed to breaking them down. One hero that would stand out from the rest is Spider-Man.
Cinema Blend reported that the movie will feature not only one of the biggest casts for a Marvel movie, but for blockbusters in general and finally it was confirmed that the Web-Slinger will appear. Robert Downey Jr. aired a Facebook Live stream earlier today and showed some details from the "Avengers: Infinity War" set.
Most of the video was just fun banter from Downey's end, but not wanting to leave viewers empty-handed, he let the camera person turn the sense on themselves, and it was Holland, who was wearing dots on his face, showing that he's been doing some facial capture work, as noted by the same post.
io9 also relayed reports confirming the appearance of another hero in the form of actor Sean Gunn for "Avengers: Infinity War." His presence on set was established and that the character he does the motion-capture for, Rocket Raccoon, will be joining the rest of his fellow Guardians in the movie as well.
As for the storyline of "Avengers: Infinity War," details revealed are scarce and the producers of the Marvel franchise has remained tight lipped on it as well. However, with the powerhouse of famous stars on board, it is anticipated that it would be a star-studded movie.
While "Avengers: Infinity War" and its scheduled date is set for May 4, 2018 while Tom Holland returns to reprise his role in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" is released on July 7.
