Jessica Jung is currently at the forefront of the music and fashion scene in South Korea's entertainment industry. The former Girls' Generation member is ready her expand her wings and take on the world of acting.
Jessica recently booked three upcoming films where she is expected to portray significant roles. The movies, namely "Two Bellmen 3," "I Love That Crazy Little Thing" and "My Other Home," shows Jessica's foray into acting.
Speaking to Cosmopolitan (via Koreaboo), Jessica revealed that her curiosity encouraged her to venture into acting. Although she has been given an opportunity to star in two Chinese features, the singer-actress acknowledges that there's still room for improvement. "I don't want to rush myself, and whenever I get the chance, I want to continue learning," Jessica says.
In the same interview, Jessica also shared that she loves to travel and that it keeps her motivated and energized.
In "Two Bellmen 3," Jessica stars alongside "The Maze Runner" actor Ki Hong Lee, Korea Times reported. The pair appears as a couple who visit JW Marriott Hotel in Dongdaemun Square, Seoul. Jessica Jung's and Ki Hong Lee's characters are about to get married and are trying to get the approval of the bride's parents, who aren't happy with the groom.
Meanwhile, two bellmen, portrayed by stunt actors William Spencer and Caine Sinclair, are trying to win a tough bellman competition.
The short was made to promote JW Marriott International's various hotel chains around the globe. The previous "Two Bellmen" series were filmed in Los Angeles and Dubai.
Meanwhile, Jessica is slowly emerging as front row staple in Fashion Week. At the Tommy Hilfiger presentation in Los Angeles this month, Jessica was seated on the front row and stood out in the midst of Hollywood stars that included Gigi and Bella Hadid, Jaden and Willow Smith and Lady Gaga.
