Philadelphia 76ers' new acquired Andrew Bogut has been declared bought out by the team and is currently finalizing the agreement. The big-man is reportedly in talks with the Cleveland Cavaliers as he expressed interest to sign with the defending champion.

Andrew Bogut was part of the recent trade between the Mavs and the Sixers earlier this week. Bogut was sent to the Sixers in exchange for Nerlens Noel and he has been announced to be waived by the Sixers before the deal was done.

Bogut never wore the Sixers' jersey, instead he is expected to help the Cleveland Cavaliers defend its title this coming NBA Playoffs, USA Today reported. The Australian big-man is known to be one of the three players that the Cavs wants to sign in along with Derrick Williams and Larry Sanders.

It seems that Bogut is the man that the Cavs are looking for, aside from being a veteran NBA player, he is also known to be a great defender of the rim. Nevertheless, Andrew Bogut can extremely add excellent defense for the Cavaliers and having an experience in the NBA finals is absolutely a big advantage.

According to Bleacher Report, Andrew Bogut agrees to sign with Cavaliers once his waivers are cleared before Wednesday, March 1st. It is the deadline where NBA teams can sign any player for the rest of the season.

On the other hand, Bogut's Mavericks teammate Deron Williams is also about to sign with the Cavaliers as several reports confirmed. Both players will play together once again, but this time, it's going to be with the title holder.

Known as D-Will, a former All-Star point guard to for his double-cross dribble is a very big help to the Cavs. He will obviously come off the bench and is expected to fill-in the floor once Kyrie take his rest for a couple of minutes.

The two veteran players Bogut and Williams will now be playing as a role player coming off the bench after several years of being a starter and core player. Despite that, both players are not concerned of their minutes at all, they both aim to win a championship to add to their resume.
