‘The Bachelorette’ stars Shawn Booth, Kaitlyn Bristowe talks about fitness routine, nutrition plan, more!

'The Bachelorette' season 19 winners and engaged couple Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth talk about their commitment to a healthy lifestyle and may have been considered people's fitness inspiration.

The winner from 'The Bachelorette' season 19 Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth talk about what it takes to achieve a physique that is as amazing as theirs. Their routine may be quite intense but it is definitely worth it to follow through. Shawn Booth has already been a known personal trainer and has inspired his beau in sharing his love for fitness.

According to People, the engaged couple usually workout separately especially since Booth is currently training for an Ironman competition. He regularly has three to four hours of intense training for every day but opt to go to the gym together for at least once a week.

Booth shares his personal training experience with Bristowe, putting her in a full-body workout. He even opts to workout with her for an hour long, hitting the muscles of her entire body and keeping the heart rate up. When they hit the gym together, they usually do an entire full-body workout, maximizing their time together in trying to stay fit. Bristowe also gets to say it when she does not like the workout, one which Booth finds adorable and even get to joke with each other about it.

Entertainment News Online reported that, they also have a nutrition plan that Booth has implemented for the both of them. For those who want to know, he starts his day with a protein shake followed by five or six meals eaten throughout the entire day.

However, the "The Bachelorette" stars budgets the number of calories that he needs to consume within the day and just maintaining the right amount of it. Hydration is also very important in staying fit and Shawn Booth consumes up to one and a half gallon of water per day to stay on track. Fortunately, just like everyone else, he and Kaitlyn Bristowe also has cheat meals but manages to discipline himself with it.
