"Avengers: Infinity War" teases the inclusion of Black Order in a series of leaked set photos. The upcoming film is currently filming in Edinburgh, Scotland.
For the uninitiated, the Black Order also known as the Cull Obsidian is a fictional supervillain team in Marvel Comics. The team first appeared in the New Avengers Vol. 3 within the Infinity storyline.
More behind-the-scenes images of "Avengers: Infinity War" are captured as production continues but one in particular stood out among fans. MCU Exchange recently posted an image and short video captured by a Marvel fan in Scotland, Screen Rant reported.
The images show two actors who are holding huge weapons on a mo-cap suit. One actor is wielding a spear-style head with a curve blade on the other end while the other one is holding a trident-like weapon.
In the "Infinity War" storyline, the Black Order is a group of aliens composed of Black Dwarf, Corvus Glaive, Ebony Maw, Proxima Midnight and Supergiant who work for Thanos. In the comic books arrive on Earth to help Thanos find the Infinity stones.
Elsewhere, mo-cap actor Terry Notary earlier revealed that he would be playing one of Thanos' henchmen in "Avengers: Infinity War." The actor said he cannot reveal more details but he did say that his character will be Thanos' right-hand man, The Hollywood Reporter reported.
"I'm working on four characters right now. I'm working with Josh Brolin and three other actors [in Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War], and I'm playing Josh Brolin's right-hand bad guy in the film," he said.
Do note that Marvel has yet to confirm these said information. However, it definitely looks like appearances by members of the Black Order is already in place.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe will release three more films this year with "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2," "Spider-Man: Homecoming" and "Thor: Ragnarok." Meanwhile, "Avengers: Infinity War" will be released on May 4, 2018. Watch Vision vs Black Order on the clip below:
