After Angelina Jolie's sudden divorce from Brad Pitt, the former "Tomb Raider" star has apparently set a buy offer on a paramount home in Los Feliz neighborhood situated in Los Angeles. In spite of the reports that the ex-power couple has been in speaking terms, the two actors are as still living separately.
New reports expressed that the home offer from the "Maleficent" actress comes weeks after Pitt's ex, Jolie looked at the 1913-manufactured Beaux Arts chateau, which was the past the home of Cecil B. DeMille, who is the "establishing father of the US cinema." The house was supposedly a post-separation home for Jolie and their six kids.
In any case, Variety noted that it is still unsure if the "By The Sea" actress will pursue the mansion. The property is believed to have a total of 2.1 acres of land in gated Laughlin Park and reports claimed that it is just a mile away from Pitt's home, which is currently listed for a total of $24.95 million.
According to reports, Jolie immediately fell in love with the property the first time she saw it. Insiders uncovered that a month prior, Jolie conceded that she needs to make the property her new home after her awful split with the "Troy" actor.
As per NY Post, the property encountered a six-year renovation and it has a total of 11,000 square feet, with the house alone staying at 7,500 square feet. Inside the mansion, it has a guest house, a swimming pool, a gym area and a small tea house near the pool.
Meanwhile, there are a few reports claiming that Jolie and Pitt are at long last in great terms after their dreadful divorce and custody fight. Be that as it may, the two are yet to affirm the reports.
Jolie and Pitt are believed to be co-parenting their six children, as they await the court's decision for the custody.
