There aren't that many successful Chinese pop groups; when Chinese people talk about pop groups nowadays, they would immediately mention South Korean ones such as EXO and Super Junior. But one Chinese boys' group that is becoming very popular is TFboys, whose members are barely 15 years old.

Their fast-rising popularity can be easily gleaned from their high asking price for commercil endorsement. One businessman who recently contacted TFboys' company for an endorsement said that the group now commands a one-year endorsement fee of $645,000, which is the same, if not more than, the ad fees of Vicky Zhao Wei and Fan Bingbing.

TFboys has 3 members: Karry Wang Jun Kai, Roy Wang Yuan, and Jackson Yi Yang Qian Shai. Karry Wang was born in 1999, and the other two were born in 2000. TFboys stands for The Fighting Boys. Since they officially performed in public in 2013, TFboys has done some outstanding songs, including "Heart", "Dream of Flying", and "Magic Castle".

TFboys' first EP is currently at the top of a Chinese music video website's list,  which was usually occupied by Japanese and Korean groups.

At the 2015 Jiangsu TV's New Year Concert, even though there were top stars such as Jay Chou and Eason Chan, the highest-impact back-to-stage performance was made by TFboys. Their 10-minute performance garnered the highest rating and audience share within the entire airtime of the televised concert.

On April 15, 2014, thanks to the votes of TFboys' fans, they received "The Most Popular Singer Award" and "Live Popular Singer Award" in a music award ceremony held in Beijing. This was the first time they attended China's domestic music award ceremony.

At the end of May 2014, the top variety show in China, "Happy Camp", invited the boy group to join, a move that helped the show capture the younger audience demographic.

After joinining "Happy Camp", TFboys caught the attention of China Central TV, which invited them to be the special endorser of a youth-inspiring variety show. TFboys also performed in CCTV's Mid Autumn gala.
