“Narcos” Season 1 ended with the successful escape of Pablo Escobar. That escape scene is where the second season of this action packed series begins. The latest trailer of Pablo Escobar and his murderous life has been recently released.
In the trailer, Escobar says, "Pablo Escobar is to be respected." After escaping 4,000 soldiers and some helicopters, he will face more violence in the streets of Colombia as president Gaviria orders more people for a special manhunt for Escobar.
By now, those who have already seen the trailer are aware that by the end of the “Narcos” Season 2, Escobar will die. The death scene of Pablo is almost similar to what happened in real life.
More details from Variety reveals that the Colombian government is quite desperate to end the illegal drug trade. They ask the assistance of Steve Murphy (played by Boyd Holbrook) and Javier Peña (played by Pedro Pascal) of the DEA to hunt Escobar and his gang down. However, in "Narcos" Season 2, when the two DEA agents arrive in Colombia, they will encounter more problems from other gangs that are infamous with other illegal activities.
The illegal drug trade and how people involved in it live dangerously is featured in the Netflix original series, “Narcos.” More details on Pablo Escobar’s escape was shown in the latest trailer.
"Narcos" Season 2 will have 10 episodes and will premiere on Sept. 2 on Netflix.
