The newly renamed J-POP girl group called POP (Period of Plastic 2 Mercy) releases its new single "Happy Lucky Kirakira Lucky" on Dec. 8.

The members showed their singing and dancing skills on this latest music video. The video was made more fun because of the colorful dresses, the puppets looking like the members, balloons, bubbles, confetti and a lot more.

The girls can be easily identified with their distinct clothing colors. Saki Kamiya is the lady in blue. Maaya Inuki dazzles in white. Miki Yamamachi is pretty in green. Ao Shigusawa stands out in yellow. Yua Yumeno is a head-turner in pink.

This three minute and forty-second video are available on CD under the label of T-Palette Records. As per Japanese Music Wiki, the track list will include "Happy Lucky Kirakira Lucky," "Alarm" and the instrumental versions of the two songs.

The group was formerly named as "Pla2me" and was a duo. Saki Kamiya and Mari Mizuta were the original members. Last July 2014, POP was formed together with the four new members Maaya, Ao, Miki and Yua. Unfortunately, Mari left the group last May 2015.

The girls recently became a part of the mini-series drama called "Idol Dai-Senso" according to Pure Idol Heart, which showed their acting prowess. The previous "Pla2me" albums namely "Plastic 2 Mercy" and "UNIT" were sure hits.

These albums placed decent spots at Oricon charts. Oricon is a company in Japan that provides sales statistics related to the entertainment industry including music and it's known for its annual and weekly music charts.
