Tiffany Hwang Quitting ‘Girls’ Generation?’

The 26-year-old American actress- singer and member of the famous Korean Pop group Girls' Generation Tiffany Hwang will be releasing her single album.

After the release of the solo album of one of the members of the Girls' Generation sub- group TTS (TaeTiSeo) Taeyeon entitled "I" last October, Hwang was said to release her own solo album after working on it for a long time, according to The Korea Times.

The report says that the band's management company, SM Entertainment, is denying the issue and it is still undecided.

"There has been nothing decided," says one of the representatives from their agency, as reported by Soompi.

Tiffany debuted last 2007 along with all the members of Girls' Generation formed by SM Entertainment.

Hwang was born in San Francisco, California and grew up in Diamond Bar, California.  Although she grew and finished her primary and secondary education in California, she graduated from Korea Kent Foreign School in Seoul, Korea.

Furthermore, she already has some solos including "By Myself" which was used in the Korean drama "Princess Ja Myung Go."

Her other appearance in television includes "Mnet's Sonyeon Sonyeo Gayo Baekseo" as a host and 2009 Incheon Korean Music Wave, 2010 Incheon Korean Music Wave, 2010 SBS Gayo Daejeon Award Ceremony, 50th Anniversary Music Wave Concert, 2011 Incheon Korean Music Wave, K-Pop All Star Live in Niigata, 2012 Korean Music Wave in Bangkok, K-Pop Festival in Vietnam, 2013 Incheon Korean Music Wave, and most recently the2014 Korean Music Wave in Beijing as occasional co-host.

Despite the denials and issues, fans still believe that sometime soon, Tiffany will have her solo album released.

For the mean time, Hwang is promoting the album "Dear Santa" by TTS, a special Christmas album.

Her album is set to release on January or February 2016.
