Ezra Miller's character in the "Harry Potter" spinoff, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," has been revealed. The actor is set to play a shy young man named Credence Barebone who is susceptible to the sway of Percival Graves, played by Collin Farell. Details of his character were scarce but just recently, the actor shared how he will play a major role in the film.

Miller's character is the adopted child of Mary Lou, played by Samantha Morton. His mother is abusive, leaving him with a fragile esteem that is inclined to the manipulation of Percival who takes a personal interest towards him.

Miller told Entertainment Weekly that he wasn't allowed to reveal much about his character, but he was entitled to share his excitement. He said that landing the role for "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" was a moment of ecstasy for him that he couldn't help but drop to his knees and cry tears of joy in the streets of New York.

Miller joked that everything about his character in "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" remains in CIA-level secrecy until the release of the film. However, the same source released a teaser photo featuring his character with Percival standing in an alleyway covered with posters made by the New Salem Philanthropic Society. Apparently, Credence's mother is planning to bring about another Salem Witch Trial. Miller said that he will play a big role in the film so fans should wait and see.

In related news, Hypable reported that Zoe Kravitz from the "Divergent" franchise will be joining the cast of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them." Like Miller's character, her role is kept under wraps despite it being a minor one.
