Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan was detained again at an U.S. airport by the immigration officials.
The 50-year-old "Dilwale" actor was detained at Los Angeles airport on Thursday. He was later released after questioning.
Khan took on twitter on early Friday morning to confirm the incident. "I fully understand and respect security with the way the world is, but to be detained at US immigration every damn time really really sucks," the "fan" actor wrote. "The brighter side is while waiting caught some really nice Pokemons."
It was not the first time that the "Chennai Express" actor detained at a U.S. airport. Earlier in 2009, Shahrukh Khan was detained by U.S. immigration department at Newark International Airport, New Jersey, Times of India reported. He was again kept under detention at New York airport for nearly two hours in 2012.
U.S. Department of State, however, apologized to Khan for the 'hassle' at the Los Angeles airport. "Sorry for the hassle at the airport, @iamsrk - even American diplomats get pulled for extra screening!," Department's assistant secretary of state for South and Central Asia said, Indian Express reported.
Shahrukh Khan is currently busy with Rahul Dholakia's "Raees" and Gauri Shinde's "Dear Zindagi." He will also seen in "Tanu Weds Manu" director Aanand L Rai's next movie.
The "My Name is Khan" actor is also teaming up with Anushka Sharma for Imtiaz Ali's untitled project. The hit on-screen pair has given to super hit movies - "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi" and "Jab Tak Hain Jaan" together.
