Microsoft has lots of surprises under its sleeves when it comes to the pre-launching of their gadgets and devices. A recent photo of Microsoft Surface Book 2 has been seen posted in Instagram, which is rumored to debut in 2017 along with the Microsoft Surface Pro 5.
In its official Instagram account, Microsoft has posted a teaser to its Surface Book's descendant. The image posted by Microsoft displays a new hinge design entitled "your key to success". According to the Windows Central report, the image leaked from an internal Microsoft "sizzler" video to flaunt notion designs of the Surface Book 2. It appears that the image is a little refashioned, with fewer ridges compared to the original Microsoft Surface Book.
The Surface Book 2's hinge is envisioned to enable the laptop screen to sit straightly with the keyboard, similar to regular notebooks. Current Surface Books have space, presented by the tech company's utilization of fulcrum hinge enabling the display disconnect from the keyboard base. Microsoft is foreseen to launch its Surface Book 2 early next year; however, this early preview campaign could signify that the tech giant could be released a little earlier, as reported by The Verge.
Another distinctive detail is the black color of the said device which is substantially not the same from the magnesium/silver shade of the existing Surface Book. It was reported that even though internal prototypes of the forthcoming device comes in black, it doesn't mean that same device will be marketed with the same color.
According to Neowin, it seems that the image posted on Microsoft Surface Instagram account is nothing but the Surface Book itself. Creative Windows phone designer Rudy Huyn previously posted an image on Twitter pointing out that the preceding image is from a previous Surface Book promo and not from an internal "sizzler" from Microsoft.
Microsoft has suggested that a new Surface device would come before the year ends. However, reports suggested that the company is modeling three new Surface all-in-one PCs. Should Microsoft plans to launch anything which is related to the Surface, it would be possible that the tech company will hold a media occasion in October.
