"The Originals" Season 4 of The CW is rumored to highlight the vengeance of Klaus (Joseph Morgan) to Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) after he recovers from coma. The upcoming TV series is all set to release new episodes with a new character sometime midseason in 2017 on The CW.
In the previous season of "The Originals," Marcel put Klaus in a pain-induced coma. It remains questionable as to how Klaus escapes from the nightmare that he is in. Since Klaus puts his family as the priority, his sacrifices will put him in a very bad situation.
According to TV Line, "The Originals" Season 4 will go through an extended 5-year time jump. It will start with the recovery of Klaus. Then, Klause will have his revenge on Marcel. Morgan just recently revealed in an interview what Klaus will do to his former apprentice. Marcel might have turned into a monster because he took the evil potion of Lucien (Andrew Lees).
In "The Originals" Season 4, Morgan thinks that Klaus will not kill Marcel unless it is necessary for his survival. He said that the bond with Marcel is one of the foundations in the show. He does not know yet if the relationship of Klaus and Marcel will be mended. However, he is certain that the two will no longer be spotted having drinks together. He hinted that this gap between the two characters could start a war.
In the upcoming episodes of "The Originals" Season 4, a new character Alistair Duquesne will be played by "Sleepy Hollow" star Neil Jackson. He is a smart, manipulative vampire with an aggressive streak who is expected to be a threat for Klaus. He comes to New Orleans to settle an old resentment against Klaus. In addition, Alistair is, in some way, associated with a mysterious force that destroys the children in New Orleans.
The latest cast member reportedly added to "The Originals" Season 4 is Keahu Kahuani, as Entertainment Weekly reported. He will recur as Josh's new human boyfriend Eddie. He will first appear in the second episode of the upcoming season.
