"Dragon Ball Super" episode 26 - recap
"Goku is being pushed around but he discovers a way of winning. He doesn't switch with Vegeta because he wants a one-on-one fight but, at that point, there's a change in Golden Freeza. <- this doesn't mean he transforms or whatever, just that something is happening with him, probably running out of stamina," the synopsis of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 26 reads.
There was action in the episode from the word go. Both Goku and Freeza fought like true warriors in "Dragon Ball Super" episode 26.
At one point during the fight, Goku bit Freeza's tail. Meanwhile, Vegeta wanted to get involved and face Freeza. Later, Goku learned how to defeat Freeza as he found out about Freeza's weakness.
Freeza cannot be in the Golden form for a good amount of time. His stamina goes down. In the first half of the episode, Freeza dominated and attacked Goku with full force. However, in the second half, it was Goku who made sure that Freeza goes down.

"Peaceful days have returned to Earth following the battle with Freeza. Goku and Vegeta go back to train on Beerus' planet, and Champa turns up...( stuff we know from the manga chapters)," Gojiitaaf shared updates about "Dragon Ball Super" episode 28.
