The tech community is still blissful with the recent release of the iPhone 7, yet Apple is already on a roll gearing up for the company's next major event which many tech analysts expect will be the stage to launch new models of the MacBook and the iPad. Rumors claim that Apple is slated to hold its next big event in October, unfortunately the exact date has yet to be ironed out.

The recent Apple event held on Sept. 7 was the stage where the tech giant launched the iPhone 7 and the new generation of Apple Watch. The absence of the new iPad, MacBook, and even a new iMac model was quickly pointed out by many experts. Some tech analysts believe that Apple is focusing all of the hype towards the new iPhone model, and decided not to launch the three previously mentioned devices in order not to drown out the attention towards its flagship smartphone.

Apple last released the iPad Air 2 tablet and a new model of the iMac in 2014. In March 2015, Apple launched the iPad Pro along with a redesigned MacBook. Rumors continue to brew claiming that Apple might release the iPad Air 3 and the iPad Mini 5 on its upcoming major event, according to Mirror.

Moreover, Apple, along with the launch of the iPhone 7, will also release the iOS 10 update within the coming days, according to Forbes. This led many tech analysts to believe that the company might be setting the stage for a new model of its tablet series.

Regarding the MacBook, experts are expecting that the laptop will be slimmed down even further, especially now that other prominent tech manufacturers have started releasing laptops that are very slim. The launch of new graphics cards from both Nvidia and AMD also means that the new MacBook model could sport powerful graphics cards from either of these two manufacturers.
