INFINITE comes back with a melodramatic 'The Eye' music video

After a year and three months on hiatus, Infinite is finally coming back. Prior to the comeback, Woollim has been continuously promoting the new album of the group through teasers be it puzzles, V lives, and even an album spoiler.

On Sept. 19, the seven-member hit group released their new mini-album entitle "Infinite Only." The mini-album includes seven total track and features the title track "The Eye" or titled "Typhoon" in Korean, Soompi reported. Other tracks includes "Eternity," "Air," "One Day," "True Love," "Thank You," and "Zero."

Consequently, music video for the title track "The Eye" was also released. The video features a dramatic storyline wherein their acting skills were put into good use, exhibits the guys in the eye of a storm of an emotional breakup. The group also showed off their impressive choreography in the video.

Among the EP's seven songs, "One Day" was co-composed by band members' Hoya and Dongwoo, along with songwriter Razer. The song is inspired by the United States' drama "One Day" which stars actress Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess.

During a media showcase for its latest album, Infinite has been tagged as one of the top acts in K-Pop due to its steady popularity since its debut in 2010. The group revealed that despite their status, they have an unlimited passion to reach a higher goal.

"We do not see ourselves as the best," Yonhap News Agency quoted vocalist Woohyun as saying. Adding that all they can do is to make an effort every day to reach the top spot, stressing that none of them are satisfied with their accomplishments in hand.

Infinite is a seven-member South Korean boy band formed by Woollim Entertainment in 2010. The group is composed of Sungkyu, Dongwoo, Woohyun, Hoya, Sungyeol, L, and Sungjong. In 2013, their first mini-album "New Challenge" sold over 160,000 in South Korea alone making it one of the best-selling albums in 2013.
