There are several theories swirling around about how the dead will resurrect. According to Cinema Blend, the Chinese actor B.D. Wong's newly introduced character Dr. Hugo Strange could be behind the resurrection of the characters. During the midseason finale, Theo's body is sent to Indian Hill facility, where Mooney's body is kept.
