Shay Mitchell, the actress who is best known for playing "Pretty Little Liars" (PLL) character Emily Fields, sat down with E! News and revealed how she takes care of her body and mind despite her busy schedule. According to Mitchell, it all comes down to how one is feeling on the inside. It seems she follows traditional practices that emphasizes on sleeping well, drinking plenty of water and regular exercises.
"I don't mean to sound cheesy about that, but honestly, those rules that we've been told year after year after year about sleep and water and working out, you really do feel so much better when you do those things," Mitchell said.
Further, she believes in maintaining a routine. This may include "taking those times to kind of replenish your skin." It is said that Mitchell spends her Sundays doing some beauty treatments. "You really do have to take a day out of the week to kind of have your own mini spa day," she added.
As for her diet, she eats everything in moderation. "So, if I want to eat that whole pizza, I'm going to eat that whole pizza. But then I'm going to go to the gym and maybe do two workouts the next day," Mitchell explained. Also, it seems that the "Pretty Little Liars" (PLL) actress is fonder of pizzas than chocolate cakes and there is no way she is going to give up on pizzas.
