Power couple Jung Woo and Kim Yoo Mi are set to tie the knot. The couple made the big announcement through a Twitter message and a press statement.
According to kdramastars, the 35-year-old South Korean actor Jung Woo will marry his 36-year-old actress-model girlfriend and "Red Family" co-star Kim Yoo Mi in an intimate ceremony on Jan. 16, 2016. The wedding will reportedly take place in Seoul
It is reported that the couple started dating three years ago in November 2013. At the time, the couple was filming "Red family."
On Jan. 13, 2016, Jung Woo, the actor best-known for "Wish," "Reply 1994," "You're the Best, Lee Soon-shin" and more, shared a hand-written letter on Twitter to make the big announcement. "I am getting married to my colleague and the person I love, Kim Yoo Mi, on January 16 in Seoul," the actor wrote on the social media account.
In his letter, he expressed gratitude to fans for all the support and love. At the same time, he asked his friends for blessings as he announced his wedding plans.

Meanwhile, Allkpop notes that Jung Woo's agency FNC Entertainment also released a joint statement by Kim Yoo Mi and Jung Woo. "We are so thankful for the interest and congratulations from many people. We are thankful for receiving lots of interest from various productions. We are following the wishes of parents from both sides by having a simple, private wedding," the statement read.
"We will create a considerate, respecting, healthy and strong family based on love and trust. We will follow the providence of the heavens and like how water flows, we will live beautifully and modestly."
At the same time, Jung Woo's "Reply 1994" co-star Yoo Yun Suk confirmed that the news of Jung Woo and Kim Yoo Mi's wedding came as a surprise to him as well as other castmates notes AllKpop. The actor told that he hasn't been invited to the actors' wedding that will only be attended by their family members.
