PlayStation fans in France can now anticipate as Sony releases its official list of PlayStation Virtual Reality and PlayStation 4 games for the 2016 Paris Games Week opening at Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles on October 27-31, 2016. But rumors of the much-awaited press conference remain that as Sony has not released word yet that they are going to reveal new hardware or games in the convergence.
Players from France will now have a chance to play some of the hottest games that Sony has for the market. Most of these players are expected to flock on the PlayStation VR games to experience virtual reality gaming first hand. There will be over 300 devices for the VR with PlayStation, a theatre at the PlayStation booth, 60 seats of qualitative demonstration for future releases of PS4 Pro 4K UHD, and PlayStation Plus League eSports, as the French Playstation.Blog reported.
Some of the 20 playable games for the PS4 are the following: Horizon Zero Dawn, Gran Turismo Sport, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Gravity Rush 2, Final Fantasy XV, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, FIFA 17, For Honor, Destiny: Rise of Iron, and Mafia III. The PSVR games would include Farpoint, Batman: Arkham VR, Resident Evil 7 biohazard, RIGS, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, Robinson: The Journey, Final Fantasy XV, Eagle Flight, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Bound.
The important games that will be presented in the theatre are Horizon: Zero Dawn Second Son and Famous: First Light both on PS4 Pro 4K UHD, HDR, and The Last Guardian, and Detroit: Become Human.
There are 40 games all in all as PlayStation Lifestyle reported. However, a confirmed statement from Sony about surprise announcements for this year's Paris Games Week is yet to be verified. Fans are expecting it since Sony did not hold a briefing in August at gamescom.
Sony may not hold a press conference in this event because the company held a PlayStation Meeting in September to unveil to the public the PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro. Sony is also slated in December 3 for a technical presentation at PSX 2016. Holding a press release for Paris Games Week could ruin what the giant gaming company'a future plans.
