Sunhwa’s recent agency transfer was revealed by a representative from Huayi Brothers on October 17. Furthermore, the label promised that the singer-actress will be back with good acting projects soon.
"We have signed a contract with Sunhwa. We will give her all the support so she can grow more as an actress. We promise that she'll be back with a good drama. Please keep showing her warm interest," the representative stated as quoted by All KPop.

In September this year, the 26-year-old star left her former group Secret after her contact with TS Entertainment has come to an end. After the news broke on the headlines, Sunhwa carried out a heartfelt message to her supporters on her social media outlets.
“As I look back, I was able to accomplish amazing things with others, things I wouldn’t have been able to do alone, during a time when I didn’t know anything, but I received an unimaginable amount of love and interest for it. It was a difficult decision to make, and so I feel sorry and sad. I will treasure all those precious memories. And all the passion that I’ve poured out till now, from now on I will continue to pour them out for the coming days,” a part of Sunhwa’s message on her Instagram account as quoted by Soompi.
Sunhwa started her entertainment career in 2009 after joining the girl group Secret. She is best known for her various acting projects including “Rosy Lovers” and “Marriage, Not Dating”
