Since the divorce between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner was made public last year, the media no longer rests on the issue. But it seems that the divorce is put on hold since the proceedings have not started yet. In fact, in spite of the divorce, the couple is planning to add another child to the family, a baby girl to be exact.
In the wake of the divorce issues and misunderstandings, Affleck, 40 and Garner, 44, are willing to set aside any indifferences for the sake of their children. Although the couple is sleeping separately as reported, it did not affect their co-parenting with children Violet (10), Seraphina (7) and Samuel (4). They also agreed to add another member to the family and consider adoption since Garner is way past her age to conceive another baby.
Talking about the reason why the divorce did not pursue as of the moment is Affleck's mom, Christine Boldt. It was previously reported that she talked to daughter-in-law Garner not to separate ways with her son, Affleck, as it will affect his booming career. Likewise, divorce will destroy his reputation and might not do well in life, according to the Hall of Fame Magazine.
Additionally, Boldt hopes to see the couple restore their amour and passion for each other. She knows that her son needs his family and has the responsibility of taking care of his kids. Boldt is too worried that if Affleck gets separated with his family, he will go back to his vices again of smoking and drinking.
Meanwhile, Chatt Sports Net reported that the 'Batman' actor is not flirting with his co-star Anna Kendrick in the movie "The Accountant". Affleck explained that he is only being friendly and Garner has nothing to worry about especially Kendrick did not show any sign that she is interested in Garner's estranged husband.
For now, Garner and Affleck's priority are their kids and will help each other to give all of them a bright future. Divorce can wait but not the love and guidance their children needed. Who knows that the additional family member will be the key to dumping the idea of divorce and will keep the family intact?
