Celebrity couple John Legend and Chrissy Teigen's recently purchased a home that was previously owned by Rihanna.
According to the Daily Mail, Rihanna decided to sell the property due to "extensive water damage."
Legend and Teigen, who are expecting their first baby together, purchased the Los Angeles Beverly Crest property for a whopping $14 million.
At present, the couple is already having their house renovated in preparation for the arrival of their first born in the next few months.
Meanwhile, the publication revealed that the half Thai half American supermodel and her husband Legend's new home comes with two dining rooms, nine flat screen TV's, three fireplaces and an impressive security system.
The couple's master suite is fully equipped with two private balconies, a closet room, an oversized sauna and an infinity soaking tub.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight earlier this month, the "All Of Me" singer revealed that they want their house to be ready just in time for the arrival of their baby.
"We're trying to get the house ready before the baby gets here. I don't know if we're gonna get it done in time! But we're gonna live in a house that's at least, you know, 90 percent finished by the time the baby's here," he said.
However, the Daily Mail revealed that it's impossible to have everything done by the end of January. Now, the couple is expecting that their house will be complete by the end of March 2016.
In other news, Teigen has been updating her fans and followers on Twitter regarding the status of their new home.
"Our kitchen has been demolished so I'm cooking dinner out of a mini-bar type area tonight! Got an electric skillet and slow cooker woohoo!"
On another post, Teigen shared a photo of her dog sitting on their empty living room.
"Eating donuts in our new, empty home, making the same face," she wrote.
Meanwhile, another highlight from Teigen's life will include the upcoming publishing of her cook book filled with her homemade recipes.
"Cravings Cookbook" is expected to hit bookstores and newsstands in the United States on Feb. 23. The book will be published by Clarkson Potter.
