Following the success of "Moonlight Drawn By Clouds," Kwak Dong Yeon can't help but reminisce his final scene with co-star Park Bo Gum in the drama.
The actor shared he was crying while filming the scene where he was dying. "It was sad to think that death was the only way for me to protect the hope of my life and the love of my hope," Kwak said as per Allkpop.
The "Moonlight Drawn By Clouds" actor even revealed he was instructed by the director not to cry too much. "So I cried a lot before filming and held back the tears when filming started," Kwak added.
Kwak's final scene on "Moonlight Drawn By Clouds" was when he was dying after he tried to protect Park and Kim Yoo Jung. He added that it took them hours to finish his dying scene with Park.
"Park Bo Gum and I held each other's hand and cried. We were okay in the beginning, but when I collapsed after getting a sword through my body, we told each other to stop crying, but couldn't help the tears," Kwak said.
Meanwhile, Kwak and other cast members of "Moonlight Drawn By Clouds" are set to make an appearance on "Happy Together." On Oct. 25, a source affiliated with the show revealed the cast will be recording their episode on Oct. 29, Soompi reported.
Joining Kwak for the appearance on "Happy Together" are his co-stars Jinyoung, Han Yoo Seon, Lee Joon Hyun and Ahn Se Ha. The episode is scheduled to be aired in November, according to the source.
