Solar could not help but feel sad after filming her final episode on "We Got Married" with Eric Nam on Nov. 9.
The MAMAMOO member admitted she thought it would be a relief to end their journey as a married couple on "We Got Married," however, Solar realized the separation is sentimental.
"At first, I thought it would be a weight off my shoulders, but actually, I think it's right to call it bittersweet," she said as per Allkpop, adding that she and Eric Nam have been together for more or less nine months.
"We spent almost this whole year together, so we ended it and went to our final dining out together, and the writers were even teary-eyed as if they were about to cry. I did feel a bit like I was going to cry because we've been together all this time," Solar added.
Although Solar and Eric Nam are reaching the end of their virtual marriage, the MAMAMOO member revealed they promised to continue their closeness in real life. "We will keep contacting each other. We said we would be even friendlier, wrapping it up very warmly," she said.
Meanwhile, Soompi confirmed Sleepy and Lee Guk Joo are the newest couple of "We Got Married," replacing Eric Nam and Solar.
The new pair has previously worked together on "I Live Alone" and "Radio Star," where they caught the attention of the viewers for their chemistry. On the other hand, no details were revealed as to when Sleepy and Lee will start filming for "We Got Married."
