Preview

Milwaukee has been struggling lately, losing three of their last four games after starting the season with a 4-2 win-loss slate.

The Bucks were defeated by the Atlanta Hawks, 107-100, on the road at the Philips Arena on Wednesday, as per Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led head coach Jason Kidd's team with 26 points, 15 rebounds, seven assists, one steal, and two blocks in a losing effort. He was backed up by Jabari Parker, who had 23 points, eight boards, three assists, and three steals.

Shooting guard Tony Snell was the third starter to score in double figures with 11 points. He also had four boards, three assists, and two steals.

It was the second straight game that Kidd opted four-year center John Henson to start at the center spot, demoting Miles Plumlee back to the bench together with Greg Monroe. Plumlee and Monroe only saw five and seven minutes of action respectively as Kidd prefers Henson's play at the moment.

The Bucks were down by 24 points in the third period but managed to cut the lead to six points early in the fourth quarter after Mirza Teletovic came off the bench to hit three three-pointers in the said quarter. A basket by Antetokounmpo further trimmed it to three points with 6:24 remaining, but it was the closest Milwaukee could get.

Meanwhile, the Heat is an uninspired and undermanned team as of late losing six consecutive games. Miami is playing without starting point guard Goran Dragic, who is sidelined by a sprained left ankle he suffered during a loss to the Chicago Bulls on Nov. 10.

In their last match on Tuesday, the Heat was also nipped by the Hawks, 93-90, also at the American Airlines Arena, the Palm Beach Post reported.

Hassan Whiteside had a monster double-double of 19 points and 25 rebounds in his matchup with Dwight Howard, but it all went to naught with the loss. Josh Richardson, who started at the point guard spot in place of Dragic, also had 19 points along with four boards, two assists, two assists, and three blocks.

Prediction

A win for the Bucks is predicted as the Heat is expected to continue to struggle with only Whiteside producing consistently.
